    Nov 23, 2022 my husband an I ordered **************** **** **** Insert OB03510 x 1 and affiliated extras for a sum total of $3,708.94. On Nov 25, 2022 we received an e-mail stating they received our order. On Dec 5, **** we received a follow up e-mail stating that **************** **** **** Insert is on a short manufacturers production delay and estimated the stock would not be available till March 2023. March 23, 2023 on a Opening Soon website said that our order is awaiting fulfillment.on Mar 24, 2023 sent e-mail to Everything Fireplace stating that I was not happy with their **************** giving ** an update on when they would deliver or cancelling if they could not.received an e-mail message Thanks for your message! Well be with you as soon as we can. If you prefer not to wait, well follow up via the contact info you provided. It is now May 8, 2023 and we have not heard anything.

    On 9 Nov 2022, I ordered a Breckwell Blazer Pellet Stove Insert SP24I 1 and a L425IK-R6 4 x 25 Liner Kit (Top Plate 13 x 13) 1 kit for a total of $3527.42. The company has sent me emails telling me that due to personnel shortages and shipping delays they are having problems shipping the items. Then on 22 March 2023, I received an email notifying that this company has now filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have attempted to call them numerous time *************) to no avail and their phone is not longer working. I have also sent numerous emails requesting an immediate refund to no avail. No response what-so-ever. I can provide copies of all correspondence if requested. I'm at my **** end on this and am hoping you can get this company to refund.

    December 27,2022, purchased the following;2 gas fireplaces with accessories totaling $15,074.39. Payment was made in full on Dec. 27,2022. Delivery date was for February 15,2023. No delivery was made. Their website is down .No one answers phones.

    Placed order with this company Everything hearth and home Of ****************************************** Same story as others told it would be ***** days after speaking with business And that was the only time I could get anyone on phone they took my $3000 And never heard back No response to any emails or call Been trying for 3 weeks 2 months I want my money back I will be reporting this to attorney general of new York because this company is obviously robbing people

    I placed an order with Everything Fireplaces on Dec 12, 2022. The purchase was paid and I received email confirmation of the order. Shortly after, received another email indicating longer than expected shipping delays for the product. On Dec 20, 2022 I received email indicating the product would ship from the manufacturer. Due to the manufacturer taking the holidays off, the product would ship after Jan 6, 2023. On Jan 6, 2023 I received an email advising the order was being processed and I would receive a following email with shipment information and tracking Numbers. Jan 10, 2023: I emailed the company and spoke with a representative and later received email indicating the product would ship out in 2 weeks. Then on Jan 17, 2023, I received an email advising the order would ship that week (an exact shipping date was not know, but I would receive an email when it did ship).On Feb 10, 2023, I spoke via telephone with a representative and was advised they could not advise when the product would ship. I requested to cancel the order and was advised to send an email requesting to cancel. I received an email the same day indicating the cancellation of the product and should receive my refund within 5-7 days. I did not receive my refund within 14 days and began to contact the company both through email and telephone communications. No email reply was received and all phone calls went to the company's automated system. After selecting the appropriate prompt, the phone just continuously rings. I have made 15 calls since then and selected different prompts with same continuous ringing. I have no other option to reach the company and I am at my **** end. It appears the company has either closed or in process of filing bankruptcy...

    Order was placed on 1/17/23 in the amount of $2,064.75 for a ************ Fireplace. I had found and selected all the products on their website which provided competitive rates and free shipping and then placed the order with a representative over the phone. I was informed that the stove would ship out from Napoleon which needed to get in stock and to expect a delay of up to 3 weeks. I called on 2/10 to check on status and the rep said the fireplace was set to be shipped from Napoleon on Friday 2/17. I began calling everyday starting Tue 2/21 to get tracking info but no one is answering the phones. Just today 2/24 I noticed that their website is no longer active and saw other complaint here about not getting products ordered. Resolution thru my credit card company has been initiated. Be warned about Everything Fireplaces LLLC

    We placed an order on 1/25/2023. They never would send us a paid invoice, even though they had charged our credit card for $13,000.00 - Was told the order would ship within a week. Order was never shipped. We have been trying to call and get the status of our order. It should have been here two weeks ago. they charged my CC on 1/25/23 and said it would ship the next week. I have been calling and no one ever comes on the line. I have sent emails, messaged in FB and still NO replies. Now their website is not working. I am working with my credit ************ to get a refund. I am filing this so others will beware of this company.

    The stove was ordered on November 28 it. was not shipped to me in the 10 to 14 working day Window which they advertise. After several calls try to resolve this issue on December 19 they replace the order and install was delivered several weeks after December 19 new sales date. The stove was not delivered to January 9. When the stove was. delivered on January 9 it. was damaged and I immediately called the company, the trucking company ABF delivered the stove and did not give me an invoice I explained is the company and they asked me to send photos of. the damage which I did. They they sent me the parts that were damaged and they arrived several days later but did. not offer to install them and correct the damage. This company has a problem with returning phone calls and keeping in touch with the customer. I've made several calls to them since November 28 trying to find out when the stove is coming and the answer I get is some of will call you back I spoke to several. people at the company and all of them. say the same thing someone will. get back to. you by the end of the day and no one does. I spoke to several women there ********, ******, ******, ****, and none of them called me back. The problem I have now is that the stove was advertised with it 85% efficiency rating which falls into a tax credit of 26% when I asked for the documents to verify that I was sent to a website which I downloaded the documents only to. find out that the stove is only 71% efficient this was on January 20 I called the company and spoke to a ******** and told her that the supporting documents to not show that 85% efficiency rating when their advertising that. I also explained to her it doesn't meet the minimum requirement of 75% efficiency rating this is complete false advertising since I brought this to their attention they went. back on the website and changed the efficiency rating ****% .I would like. the stove to be replaced 0r the tax credit of $487.44 .

    I ordered a **** pellet stove on November 17, 2022. Today it is Dec.22, 2022. I still have not received the product. I have called several times and each time I am told that they are calling the warehouse. On Dec. 21,2022 I was sent an email with a tracking number. Of course the tracking number was no good. I called the place that was supposedly who was delivering he package and they had no recollection of that number, it wasn't even a valid number. The shipping place looked up shipments from Everything Fireplace and confirmed that they had not picked up anything from them that was being shipped to our location. Called Everything fireplace to ask for a refund as our package has not been shipped. I then asked for the address of the distributor or phone number to call myself and see if out packaged had been shipped. Everything fire place would not give me the information and said someone would call me back in an hour, which they did not. All I want is a refund.

    In September 2022 i purchased a fireplace from this business for approximately $****. I was assured it had an 8 in ducting so that i didnt have to replace the existing piping. When i got it, it turned out that it was a ****in opening! Their solution was to email me a link to a homedepot reducer...which was not the proper way to install since it was not double wall and my house could have burned down!!!While it takes a long time to get any replies, i finally decided to try to keep it and buy the piping that i initially did not want to do (another **** plus i had to pay for a more intensive labor). I agreed to take the piping but found out it still would not fit after tearing the brick and wall down. I did this because it was also another ordeal getting this item from the street where they dropped it off, to my backyard up a hill (hired people to do this). So now i want to return everything. i can see how i will need to pay a restocking fee on the piping for the risk i took purchasing it, but absolutely not on the fireplace. They are going to charge me 750 for original shipment, another 20% restocking, and i have to repackage and ship it out!! this will be almost 2k, so i will lose all of it by returning the unit! they need to pick this up free of charge and fully refund me before i take this to court and ask for everyting including the piping full refund.
