    Hello,UPS mail innovations in *****************, ** need to be investigated. Twice this month I have made purchases and the companies use them. My packages have gone missing with products over $50.00 and I am not the only one this has happened to. When you call *** they say they cant help and to call the **** or the company I ordered from.

    I have a package sitting in this facility for over a month now. Tracking# ******************** There are hundreds of complaints about this facility, please, someone get to the bottom of this company!

    I have 3 packages that were sent via ******************* Service to my home that were not delivered and used by two different vendors (Lifetouch and JCPennys). Each time that the package indicates that it will be delivered, it does not and one of the packages had the same status for over a month. I opened up case #C0109265848 with ****** on 8/22/22 and she advised if my package was not delivered yesterday, that I should escalate to management. I escalated to Amid and he did nothing and was not very helpful. Kept brushing me off in an effort to not hear me out. I told him several times that this is clearly an issue with the ********** Hub as the ** *********** (Postmaster **) advised that they never got the packages even though it says pending acceptance. Why should I have to keep contacting the vendor to redeliver when my package never comes. Is it stuck in a warehouse? Did you lose them? Is it a driver issue? The post office blames *** and *** blames the post office meanwhile I am out of my mail. This NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!! Why is this only happening with Mail Innovations and **** didn't even want to give me the number to track it down with them. I can't even enter a claim with either party as you both are blaming each other and this is unacceptable. I will be glad when Amazon takes over these types of shipments as this is horrible.
