    Store advertised and displayed Goodman soup and onion mix. Two boxes for $4.00. I was purchasing 6 boxes for someone else as as they were all labeled low sodium. They were not honoring the price because it was low sodium only the regular package they were honoring. So if you have a medical condition that requires a low sodium diet you can’t get the sale price. I consider this medical discrimination as the person I was buying it for is on a low sodium diet. The manager refused to budge. I bought it as the person I bought it for needed it .I don’t care about the money it was the principle of discrimination over a medical condition that annoys me.

    We are sorry that the customer was not happy with the sale which we had in store.  The product mentioned in the complaint was "Goodman's Onion Soup Mix."  It was on sale for 2/$4 and the sale was specific to one flavor "Original Only," which was mentioned on the sale sign.  You can see how it is written on a current sale we have for this item. This sale was specific to the original flavor, due to the fact that the price for the low sodium flavor is a different (higher) cost and cannot be put on sale at the same price as the original.  Our staff informed this customer of such, to which they were not satisfied.

    I am rejecting this response because:



    It is medical discrimination of those who have a medical condition that Require a low sodium diet. Why should someone pay more for a product that is the same just because it has low salt
