      If I could give zero stars, I would. Action Environmental Services is not only the worst company I have ever dealt with but also blatantly dishonest. Their deceit and lack of service are so outrageous that I felt compelled to file a complaint with the ***************************************Despite our signed contract for garbage disposal services twice weekly, Action Environmental Services failed to meet its obligations. They did not show up to collect our garbage even once. This failure to uphold its end, coupled with its inability to correct the problem after making complaints and lack of accountability, was not just a letdown but a complete disappointment.After our neighbors and the building manager complained about the mounting garbage, I had no choice but to cancel our contract, which I did both by email and phone.But the dishonesty doesn't end there. To top it all off, Action Environmental Services had the audacity to send us three fraudulent invoices for services they never providedbilling us for July, August, and even September after the contract was terminated! This company's actions are a disgrace. They operate with no integrity, and I strongly urge anyone to steer clear unless they want to pay for a service they'll never receive.

      I HAD BEEN WITH ACTION CARTING FOR 20 YEARS. THEY GAVE ME A NEW CONTRACT WITH LOWER PRICING. A FEW MONTHS INTO THE SERVICE I NOTICED THEY HAD CHANGED THE PRICING TO AN AMOUNT NEVER DISCUSSED. AFTER SEVERAL DISCUSSIONS WITH THEM TO FIX IT, I WAS ASSURED THEY WOULD. WELL, THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND ALONG THE WAY THEY MADE SURE THE GARBAGE WAS NOT BEING PICKED UP ALL THE ***** I WAS TOLD IT WAS AND AFTER AN INVESTIGATION THEY FOUND THAT THEIR DRUNK DRIVER WAS PICKING UP AT ANOTHER LOCATION FROM PICTURES HE TOOK. MORE RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING COLLECTION CALLS FROM COMPANIES ABOUT BILLS I DON'T HAVE. THE DIFFERENCE THEY ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT, IS CLEARLY THE AMOUNT THEY OWE US AS A REFUND. THE COMPANY IS SUFFERING WITH POOR MANAGEMENT, CON MEN AND SCAMMERS. DON'T GO NEAR THEM, THEY ARE UNETHEICAL.
