    In October of 2022 I began the process of self publishing with Savvy. I was told that the process would take 3 months but theyd try to have it before the holiday season. Fast forward to now when the book is still not available or is listed incorrectly. During this time of trying to get this corrected every time I called I rarely spoke with anyone because nobody was available. I was lied to on many occasions. At this point not only havent they fulfilled their obligations but I am also losing profits.

    On June 15, 2021 I paid savvy book publishing $1,108 to print 25 hard copies & 25 soft copies of my coloring book called the KemEt Kollection. They suggested I add text for added value which I submitted by August 2021 By December of 2021 I complained to them for not having received a first draft of the coloring book. The past few months my account manager has been unresponsive and unprofessional with following up on ETAs and providing quality drafts with my requested edits. I still have not received a print worthy draft of my coloring book and the company keeps promising to call me but I only hear from them when I call. ************* I still havent heard back from them.
