    I called last night to a local company in **, 24H Garage Door and was told someone could come between **** tomorrow. At 12:45 I received a text that ************ ******* was on his way and I needed to send YES if I was available....after 45 minutes I called and spoke to a man who told me he had to stop at the warehouse...I asked where the warehouse was and was told *********...it would be ***** minutes more of a wait while he stocked his truck....2 hours later ******* showed up in a van marked Design Garage Doors from *******, **....I asked if that was where he came from and he said he is located in ************************* BOUGHT 24H Garage Doors and still pretends you are reaching the local company.....according to Design Garage Doors they are not even licsensed to do business in **, hence why they must pretend to be 24H Garage Doors.My bottom panel needed repairing and ******* took a mallet to try and bend the aluminum back and when that did not work he called the office and they told him "my door is no longer made" A LIE AS IT IS AN OVERHEAD DOOR! It would be $129 for this visit plus $2450 for a new door.....when I told them I may have access to a panel I was then quoted $129 + $850 still a rediculous amount....When I try to pay him with a credit card I was told there would be a 3.5% added fee for using a credit card......STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
