The date of transaction occurred on Thursday,March 21, 2024 around 10AMEastern time.. I received a call from a supposed loan company stating they were able to approve my loan request for $5,000. As I have been searching for approval of a small personal loan to catch up on some bills, and have been unsuccessful. I am disabled, and cannot work, and currently waiting for an approval from social security disability. Unfortunately it takes a while so my bills are adding up quite a bit Therefore When I was excited that I was finally going to get my wish. The gentleman introduced himself as a loan officer with the name ***** and he was from the personal financial guide and loan service. He stated I needed to purchase a debit card from ******* with a $100 deposit. He stated the reason for this was that he needed to prove who I was in that I was going to get that $100 back after he didn't the research. Then he said that he would make the deposit of $5,000 on my cash app account within an hour or so. Time went on throughout the day and after repeated calls to him asking why it is taking so long, he decided to stop answering. Sure enough I checked that debit card with the $100 on it and the $100 was gone and there was no loan deposited into my account. It was like he fell off the face of the Earth, and here I am now with another $100 in debt. I would really like to get my money back, and make this scammer known to other individuals who may experience the same situation. Please help me, he did not give me any other information about himself as his address therefore I put a fake address in the box so I was able to file my complaint with u, as I was unable to do so without an address posted. Please contact me via email or text message because I have a spam blocker on my phone and I don't want to miss your call. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to speaking with you at your earliest convenience. Thank you again.Respectively *************************
