    We had a brand new sky light put in by this company. It is now leaking and they claim they cannot fix it or will refund us our money and take back the product. We have a warranty under this construction of the window and they refuse to solve the problem. They are blaming us the homeowners that its our problem.

    Good afternoon,
    Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your home improvement project. We take customer feedback very seriously and I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this issue may have caused. I have reviewed your complaint personally and have looked into the matter.
    During the initial inspection before the skylight replacement, Exterior Point noted that the roof was in poor condition. After the replacement of the skylight, we were made aware of a leak around the area of the skylight. We made an immediate service trip to identify and resolve the issue and found that the water was not entering from the new skylight. We resealed the area surrounding the entirety of the skylight with sealant as an extra measure of precaution.
    After this time, we were contacted again about the existing leak, so we contacted the manufacturer, ***** Skylights, to inspect. They assessed that the skylight was not the cause of the leak and concurred that the water is coming from a different portion of the roof.
    We have made all reasonable attempts to repair and also included the skylight manufacturer who confirmed that the roof is the issue, not the skylight. 
    We have since offered to make another return trip to further inspect the shingles surrounding the area of the skylight but were told not to return.
    Our phone lines are always open and we would be happy to assist in any way possible.
