      Moved January 27, 2025 with a delivery on January 31, 2025 I contacted ***** from Zip Zip moving on 12/26/2024 for an estimate on moving. I also contacted several other moving companies for estimates I was informed that storage would be $200 a night and if the furniture was removed from the truck it would be stored locally estimate was approximately $3100. 27th January the movers arrived Told Arsen there truck was to small he informed me they could do it.Approximately 4:00PM I was informed by ***** they needed another truck out. I was later informed the price doubled. @nd truck arrived 6PM ***** told me he was ordered to take trucks to ** for storage increasing the chargeable hours including a 4% additional for the items being stored in ******. Told me I had no say, Price was now $6500 which did not include delivery. No documentation was left. I spoke to ***** and he informed me that the way it was.Most Item were already boxed prior I provided boxes plastic wrap tape.but they used there to increase charges. They boxed items they were told not to take and boxed trash that was to be thrown out Items discovered broken Hisense 65 TV damaged and is unwatchable due to pixels thru-out the screen. 3 years old Living room end table legs are splintered unrepairable.Master Bedroom End table and Chest of Drawers each have legs that were damaged broken off.Four Crystal wine goblets were broken. Oval dressing mirror, parts to reassemble are missing.Wedge-wood Queens Pattern, half Dozen cups and saucers broken. Pattern is no longer made. Limoges China , Orsay Pattern serving dish, Gravy Boat and several other pieces destroyed. Pattern no longer ************ summary I was misled and overcharged items, boxes, and tape that should not have been taken/used. charged hourly for workers not there entire time. Items broken or damaged due to the negligent actions of the movers.Overcharged extra time travel, Jersey original agreement that it was to be stored locally.

      Last minute price hike, in excess of the 110% of original quote rule. No response despite repeated phone calls and emails so eventually I was forced to pay the ******* an initial amount exceeding the original TOTAL amount quoted. No update since despite repeated asks that the final quote be revisited. My original quote was ****. I'm now being asked to pay $ ******! I went over the inventory in my first phone call - was given a ridiculously low CF estimate which they more than doubled on the day of the move. Time slot was **** am. The move began at 2:30 pm and ended at 9:30. Last 2 hours the movers deliberately slowed down/basically stopped and the office became unresponsive to multiple calls and emails.

We acknowledge that your move was scheduled in the afternoon, and when you attempted to reach us, our offices were already closed. Despite our offices being closed, we operate seven days a week, and during our working hours, we consistently respond to calls and assist customers with their concerns. In your case, we conducted a thorough evaluation of your quote and provided an explanation for the increased quote/prices. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced, and we are committed to making improvements based on your feedback. We will strive to address and rectify any issues to enhance future experiences with us.
