    Please be aware that this business will make very difficult you to return items..many items look different that the picture on the website and even if is defective the wont accept a return..if you are lucky you may get a store credit which probably wont work and if you ask for help in regards to it you will be ignore.The worse customer service there is. They never pick up the phone and it takes multiple attempt before you can get a response by email.They have kept 0ver $400 in credit stores and I cant get hold of them and that is in addition to other items that i was forced to keep that worth about $150.The transactions have taken place in the last past year or so and I have been trapped in a vicious circles of stores credits etc Plase help
