    This business installed a new furnace and air conditioning on June 1, 2023 at this residence. We paid them in full. We were advised that the paperwork would be sent to ******************* for an inspection and building permit to be issued. They explained the town would contact us in a couple of weeks to make an appointment for this to be done. We waited about three weeks and called the municipal office to follow up. They advised they had no paperwork from *********. WE called ******** and they assured us it would be taken care of. We just called again and the still have no paperwork. ********* doesn't answer their phones or respond to messages. We are soon to return to our residence in *******. We need to get this resolved.

    When the township notifies us the cost of the permit, we bill the customer because permits are not included.  Once the customer makes their payment, we then mail the customer their Permit Card along with the letter explaining how they schedule their inspection with the township.  Customers are never told that the township will notify them because the township has never done that plus the permit has to be paid for.   Unfortunately, when the permit was submitted to the township, the township was closed, and the tech forgot to notify the office that it was closed so that we could submit it the next day.  It was an honest mistake by the tech due to him being super busy with the heat and trying to get to the customers with no ac in their homes.  The permit was dropped off and the customer was informed of this, and of the honest mistake made by the tech.  Once the township notifies us of the cost, we will let the customer know ASAP.

    Bought a heating unit from Company on 1-2-2021 for over *******. Since then it's broken down twice. First it was the "motherboard" now its the "temperature gauge" Very very dissappointed in your product and tge company. I am waiting fir the temp ***************** installed all weekend. This is unacceptable

    This has been taken care of. 
    It was frustrating to us as well because we were at the mercy of the manufacture with sending the parts. We do not manufacture or make the units and Manufactures and supply houses are not open on the weekend.
