    I ordered several items from Xtrema (double dutch oven and baking pan) and upon receiving them and inspecting them for any damage I found black marker on the bottoms of where there were visible damages to the ceramic as if they had tried to cover up damages with permanent marker. When I emailed the company about these concerning issues they ***** seem at all embarrassed, concerned or apologetic about the issues. I even sent a video of me using an alcohol wipe to remove the marker to show proof of the issue.. even after sending the video the customer rep ***** seem alarmed or apologetic. I received a full refund, but the lack of ownership over such a huge quality control issue for a company that claims to be non-toxic was enough for me to write this experience. I would not recommend this company or their products to others.
