Work was done on July 16, 2024. I had a fiberglass deck refinished. I paid $1000. In November, I started to notice what I considered to be pitting and/or wear. I contacted the company on 11/16 and asked if they could come by and take a look. I provided them with pictures of what I was seeing. He said he would come by the following week. He never did. I sent another message 11/22. His response was, "I will fit you in." He never came. I sent another text on 12/16. No response. Another on 1/6. No response. Another on 1/21. He responded on 1/30 saying he "would get me done" and he was free late Thursday and Friday. He also asked if he could use a ladder to access the upper deck if I wasn't home. (He could.) He never came. I went out of town for several weeks and contacted him again on 3/31 asking if he had been to my home. He said no and that he would come next Thursday, April 10th. He never came. I finally contacted him on 5/10 and told him I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. No response. I have waited 6 months, which I feel is above and beyond reasonable. I would like someone to come take a look at my deck or refund me $300 so that I can try to get someone else to take a look.
