      On January 3,2023 I prepaid $182.33 for an opening and closing of my sprinkler system. My appointment was made for ***** 24,2023. The technician came to my home but could not activate the sprinkler system. He was at my home approximately 3 hours. Before leaving he asked for a diagnostic fee. I said no and would speak to the office. That evening ******************************* the owner called me and said he wanted to send out ******* one of his better technicians. I told him about the diagnostic fee and he said forget it.An appointment was made for May 12, 2023 any time after 2:00pm. At 4:45 pm I called the office. I was told ******* was in Bayville and would be to my home shortly. He never came. never called. Never texted I was home waiting until 9:00pm and went to bed.Please investigate and advise *************************** ************** ************* The final summary is Jersey Shore Sprinkler accepted my money and did not perform the work.

      Hello *************,

      We are sorry for your frustration.  The first tech Gio that was there could not figure out the issue with your system after troubleshooting it for quite a while.  He did not bill you for anything.  You had prepaid your turn on service in january of 2023.  We reschedule your appt but unfortunately we could not get there before your requested time.  We then made another aptt for may 2 but you called and canceled the appt at 5:49.  

      We are willing to return to your home and or return your prepaid turn on service at this point.  Please call me directly on my cell phone and I will help you anyway you wish.

      Also e do not have anyone that works here with the name of ***************  I think you may be referring to Gio!

       

      We 100% want to correct this issue with you to your satisfaction so please reach out to me via my cell phone and or email *******************
