    AC WENT OUT IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. SLEDZIK SENT OUT A **** ON(7/7) AN EMERGENCY CALL. THE SERVICE CHARGE WAS $125. THE **** CAME AND APPARENTLY TEMPORARILY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND ALSO SAID I SHOULD CHECK THE ***** (OR WHATEVER THE NEW NAME FOR THE *** IS) AND SAID I WAS SHORT 1 POUND AND IF I WANTED IT IT WAS $95, SO I SAID YES. SO THE ***** I PAID THE GUY WAS $220. THE NEXT *** THE INITIAL PROBLEM RECURRED WHICH WAS NO AIR WAS BLOWING INTO THE HOUSE. THE CONDENSER WAS RUNNING FINE BUT WHAT I SUSPECTED AND WAS LATER CONFIRMED WAS THAT THE BLOWER MOTOR WAS DEAD. THEY SENT ANOTHER **** THE FOLLOWING *** TO CONFIRM MY SUSPICIONS AND HE SAID IT WAS THE BLOWER AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER ONE. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THIS CALL BUT I DIDN'T THINK THERE SHOULD BE SINCE THE FIRST **** WAS THERE THE *** BEFORE GIVING ME THE FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY BECAUSE THE BLOWER WORKED I GUESS FOR ABOUT 12 HOURS THEN DIED. BACK TO THE SECOND ****. AFTER HE CONFIRMED A DEAD BLOWER HE SAID (LIKE I ALREADY MENTIONED ABOVE) THAT HIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A NEW ONE. SO I SAID AS HE CAME DOWN FROM THE ***** HOW WILL THEY KNOW WHICH MOTOR TO ORDER WITHOUT A MODEL# AND SERIAL#. HE SAID THEY WOULD KNOW. INCIDENTALLY I WAS IN THE ***** WITH HIM WATCHING HIS EVERY MOVE. WELL I GUESS HE WAS NOT TRUTHFUL AND I RECEIVED A CALL TO*** FROM SLEDZIK SAYING THEY WANT TO SEND ANOTHER **** TO RETRIEVE THE SERIAL NUMBER JUST TO ORDER IT. I HAVE BEEN DYING IN THIS HEAT AND BOUGHT A STAND UP AIR CONDITIONER AT THE ***** OF $558. LONG STORY SHORT I DID MY OWN HOMEWORK AND ORDERED THE PART WHICH I HAVE AND AM HAVING INSTALLED. I BELIEVE I SHOULD BE REFUNDED JUST MY SERVICE CHARGE OF $125 BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER DIAGNOSED PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME AND THE SECOND TIME THE **** DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE MODEL OR SERIAL NUMBERS OR THE **** OF AIR HANDLER. THIS WAS THE SECOND COMPANY I HAD OUT AND THE FIRST WAS *************** WHO IS A REAL SCAM ARTIST AND I ALSO WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
