They quoted me $232 for the first time clean over the phone TWICE, then $152 each time there after. But they charged $585 for a small 2-bedroom?!? My apartment in *** is a 2 bedroom as well and I pay $120. I feel completely cheated and want everyone to know that Always Immaculate is not to be trusted with your home!

When dealing with estimates over the phone it is very difficult to give an exact amount because there are some contributing factors such as condition and furnishings. This job was a post-construction job which means there was a lot of dust from work being done - on top of the dust that was already there since they don't live locally I can imagine it being difficult to stay on top of it. The amount quoted over the phone was for maintenance, not the first time. Since we did not walk through the property before we went there it would be impossible to give an exact amount. I believe that to be a misunderstanding on the client's end. We do require everyone to sign a cleaning proposal detailing the hourly rate and what is being done which they signed. Post-construction cleans include all light fixtures, ceiling fans, moldings inside/outside cabinets. It did have furniture that needed dusting which wasn't expected. We are a detailed cleaning company and strive for perfection. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured as well as we pay our employees a liveable wage on the books. $120 regardless of where you live is hard to compete with because they probably are paying cash. We as a reputable company do not pay our employees cash. We also have expenses like insurance, overhead, vehicle maintenance, and taxes just to name a few. We also provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. They also added the hallways in the common areas aside from her unit which was not discussed initially. Thank you in advance and appreciate a fair consideration of this matter and knowing how impossible it could be to give an exact estimate over the phone.
