  It was a very disappointing experience dealing with this firm. I came to them recommended by a local professional, so I have to admit, I did little research on my own ~ it came to be a big mistake! After the initial consultation, I felt the principal would do a good job for my son as far as a special needs trust. She and I have a lot in common. Unfortunately, this did not occur. I paid the requested $5,000 retainer,(thought it was high but in at the onset I trusted her). It was all down hill from there. The firm confused my file with another family in the office, failed to amend my edits to their boiler plate directives after a few attempts and then, someone I never met, contacted me to discuss my file?!? So, I still have nothing in place and am out a ton of money. I am currently researching other firms. This past Tuesday I was speaking with the president of one of those firms. When I mentioned my experience, he was appalled. During that discussion, I never mentioned names, but he knew exactly who I was talking about. This prompted me to report write this review.
