  Patio started in 10/14/2022. Completed in 9/15/2023. Patio is falling apart. Bricks are falling off the foundation and are not glued properly. Polymeric sand was not used, but regualar sand. All pavers are moveing do to sand being washed away. Patio is a liability problem as it is unsafe to use. Can not walk on the patio as you will fall off and get injured. All American promised I would have a beautiful, functional patio all within regulations based on normal Cambridge made patios. All American committed to fix all problems, but has refused to fix any and all the problems at this time.. Patio is not squared so it is not functional. Drain pipe installed is installed under patio incorrectly and will break and freeze damaging the patio.Foundation of patio material is incorrectly installed and not the correct material nor is it rolled or pounded to be a solid foundation causing patio foundation to be unsafe and to collapse the pavers. There is no tracking number or order number. All American stalled job for 1 year because he knew he was not doing the correct thing with the installaton and the material. He is frauding a senior using faulty products, fruadulent methods of installtions, and form. Seven contractos have accessed the problems and they concure with each other the faulty workmanship, fraudulent products, and end results, which is to demo and rebuilt. Must be taken down and rebuilt to be useable. He has been a complete fraud in all that he said and in all that he did. After job was completed 2 days later 5 caps fell off the foundation. Since that time more caps are falling and pavers are moving apart. Contractor confer faulty workaman ship, not using proper material. He lied also about the glue used to hold the caps in place. Several contracts have verified that the glue used was inproper glue for that type of job as well as otheer materials. I will submit pictures and proof of my statements to you as soon as I get a number or tracking case number from you. I just need to get this filed immediately.

  Hi this is my follow up to the post done by ******** and *********************** against Billys All American Masonry and Landscaping.

  Before i begin, i just want to note i have all correspondence in text daily from the homeowner and correct dates of starting and progress through the build. 

  We started the patio on October 28th 2022 as we submitted approval to move sprinklers by the Association. The sprinkler company moved the 3 heads on October 26th 2022 as per a text to me by ******** at 9:02am that morning. ( Not on October 14th 2022 as ******** explained ).

   All materials being used were  looked over by ******** over the course of 3 months prior to start the job and were in the Contract that we both signed before breaking ground. We visited the Cambridge dealer and ******** spent over 2 hrs harassing the workers as she constantly complained about color and price even tho they were taken right off the same identical skid as others being shown to her. ****** used were top of the line Cambridge Ledgestone series for inlay and Nicolock Bullnose caps in Mocha Brown and Old Castle 4x8x12 wall block in sierra ********************** style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: small; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">After measuring with in the guidelines stated by the *** and staking the area for the back patio and ******** and ***** giving approval, i worked on building the 12in high retaining wall. After all block were set and fully leveled with concrete, I backfilled with concrete around the entire back lip of the block with up to 24in inward locking all block together. The base i used and have receipts for was R-grade crushed concrete for base and 1inch stone dust to level and bring to proper height. All base materials were tamped down properly every 4 inch to ensure a proper base. Not sure how the 7 contractors ******** had look at the patio saw what I used considering it was under all the pavers without ripping up any of the patio?? I warned ******** and ***** that with freezing weather in following days that it would be wise to postpone work till the weather was above 30 degrees. As for her comment about stalling the job for 1 year, I have the text message I sent to ******** about slipping and falling and rupturing my achilles tendon 95% in February 2023 and needing surgery. ( *** was fully aware as well that I had to postpone and cancel work in the early spring until my doctor said I could work again). ******** was well aware of my surgery and did not add that part in her dispute against me. 

  The patio cannot be fully squared off as the house sits on an angle and according to the *** guidelines, no patio can exceed past the side of the home. The uneven walls in the backyard jut out making the measurements look off even tho the agreed upon distances were 9.5ft by 25feet and ****ft by ****ft adding up to a L shaped patio of 400 sq feet total  ( i have exact sketch with measurements as well we sent to the *** Board for approval). 

  The glue used was Locktite PL500 masonry adhesive used specifically for masonry products with a full cure of 2 to 5days depending on temperature. 

  ( full waterproof and used on brick, stone, concrete, slate , wood timbers and more materials).  

  Drain pipe is a 4x4in schedule 40 pvc pipe attached directly to the downspout with an adapter from 2x3 standard drain pipe to pvc size. I personally tested it with putting a blocker plate in the gutter and filling to simulate heavy rain. There were no issues and I even took the hose and showed ******** personally. The pipe is pitched at an approximate drop of 4inches from the adapter running on an angle under the patio to the grass at a span of 12ft.... No issues arose after showing her and her Husband but now dont like the work i did ???  

  After getting clearance to work in end June 2023, i worked 4 to 6hr shifts every day to finish the patio as told by my doctor to not reinjure my achilles. Upon laying all pavers down correctly, I opened 2 - 40lb polymeric sand buckets directly from Lowes in sand color in front of ******** and proceeded to brush polysand in over the course of a few days to make sure all joints were filled in correctly. ( Actually gave ******** a small bag of the polysand right from the container ).

  *** All Work was completed on  August 31,2023 per text message conversation. ******** told me she would not pay me the final balance until I added a step in that was not part of the contract. She refused and hung up on me 11x ( call log from ATT) and stated DO NOT RETURN TO MY PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WILL ADD THE STEP FOR **FREE  AND THEN YOU WILL PAID!!  I just wanted to be done with her and the job so i did the step for free and after some arguing, ******** paid the balance in full. I was told to never come on her property again or she would call the cops! 

   I later found out from 4 different couples in the development that ******** and ***** bragged they got the step for free from me a week later and held the money to do so. ( 3 of the 4 are willing to write signed statements that they over heard both of them bragging about it in the *** Clubhouse and 1 at a BIBLE STUDY GROUP. ******** also asked me for an inflated itemized list as she was trying to run the patio through her **************** to get it for free and was having issues with them denying it. It was never mentioned again or brought up so i'm not sure but I declined and said i will never inflate or change numbers like that to defraud a ******************* ( it was verabal so no actual documentation )

  **** The reason why it took me a few days to write my rebuttal is that i was asked to take a look at a neighbors house and upon looking next door at ********s and the patio, i saw multiple flower pots and 2 chairs used near the sliders on top of the patio she claims is un-safe. ( i took multiple time stamped photos of the patio stamped November 3,2023 at 1:03pm ). The 1 corner is knocked off and cracked as it looks like a machine hit into. I did not go on her property and will never return as I was told never to step foot again. Nothing in the picture shows any caps or pavers missing or broken or laying on ground or moving. ( I have time stamped pics of the whole process and finishing the job that match the same pics taken on Nov 3 2023). ******** and her husband ***** have done this to several contractors in the past ( per multiple sources including *** and other homeowners ) and looking to get something for free and ruin a hard working American man's reputation. Another gentleman working in her yard 1 day I was there was not paid and started arguing loud enough that neighbors from several homes away came out and witnessed it. She cursed out the gentlemen and even made comments about his wife. He did what she asked him to do but refused and said you will only be paid if you do 2 other things for me.  She also told him to never step foot back on her property again or else the cops would be called. He was a Marine and having a baby and trying to make extra money and never did get paid. 

   I work strictly by myself to alleviate issues like this with faulty work, untrained day laborers and try to provide reasonable and professional work to older communities being taken advantage of.  Professionally, texting is not the best form of communication but I have every conversation and full timeline of the job in writing and i am 100% professional building the patio as if it was in my own yard.
