We had a great experience building our home with ****. We can't say enough good things about everyone at the company ****, *****, ***** and ***, were always there to answer our questions. You can always get someone on the phone and a quick reply to any question we had. Excellent customer service

5 starsIf you are looking for a company and an owner who represents the highest level of integrity and professionalism look no further than Sica Modular homes and *************. I first utilized Al and his company back in 2009 to construct our new beach home. Like any construction project there are always unanticipated issues along the way. But ** and his team were always accessible, professional and dedicated to completing the project on time. We could not have been more satisfied with the outcome of the project. So much so that when ***** destroyed our home three years later we again enlisted ** to reconstruct our home. Since that time Al has always been available and responsive to any concern I had. Most recently we experienced a number of severe storms and I had concerns about wind damage to the roof. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized at the time and felt helpless to address the issue. So I reached out to someone who has my complete trust - *************. I explained my dilemma and asked if he could recommend a reliable roofing company. Without hesitation Al offered to send a crew to walk my roof and make any necessary repair, even though he was under no obligation to do so. The roof was fine and Al was able to relieve a huge burden. Al stands by his customers and has been most gracious in his willingness to lend a hand. It speaks volumes to the integrity, honesty, and reliability of Sica Modular Homes and *************. I highly recommend this company.
