      I almost went with this company and glad I didnt. I use a credit union and my home HELOC on 3 weeks. Reach out and I will connect you. allthingsmusthave at gmail dot com. Its sad that banks waste people time and expect you to pay money to them. Sorry for all who had to go through all this. The rating Im giving is not because I had a personal in depth relationship but I reached out to them and they were not understanding of what I want.

      The worst experience of our lives. We basically ended up homeless thanks to them. Finally where able to get approved by a different mortgage company. This people lied to us for 9 motnth ended up spending an extra 5k money we did not have in hotel stays thanks to this pieces of s*** It has been 2 month now and we have not received the denial letter required by law. Most Def hiring a lawyer.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!Tried giving 0 stars but unable to do so!Worse experience ever.Please dont give this company your hard earned money. They will do whatever it takes to get you approved even if it means doing things outside of a code of ethics. I am now having to pay money out of my pocket due to an error they caused. ********************* initially told me she would handle the matter herself but soon after, back tracked on her word and blamed the mistake on her coworkers and the titling company, Momentum.Worst Experience Ever, especially after closing. Absolutely Ridiculous. Save yourself your hard earned moneys and go somewhere that values you as a guest!

      Dear **************- We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the service received by Family First Funding. One of our main objectives when processing a mortgage application is to be fully transparent regarding requirements and funds needed to close. All transactions require proof of homeowners insurance and starting with the initial loan estimate, the upfront insurance cost and monthly payment were disclosed. Due to a clerical error, it was picked up that the one year policy was already paid in full, when payment for insurance was actually not yet paid. This was not extra money being charged to you but a request for payment of a fee already disclosed. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

      I have never experienced such a dramatic stress on going from the time I started working with Family First Funding to the end . I sent email, phone calls, etc...no reply. Your office asked me for documents over and over, on the same item..I don't understand why you did not begin a file and keep our information in one ..instead you had 3 different people asking me for the same information. I think you are un- organized and have no business taking care of clients..I'm also mad because we were td we were getting our down-payment back and we never did...your office staff is rude, they lie...I will never referr a client to you if it was the last standing company..better yet I'll be contacting the BBB.
