    Hi ***** - I have the EXACT same issue with them!! Purchased the pool cover in October 2022 (placed on pool) - removed in Spring (May 2023) went to place pool cover on in September 2023, the was a small tear in the cover. We stored in house in bag provided. I believe the tear was from the folding of the cover into the bag that is how cheap it is. I also had the same question when it was installed as to the quality as it was no where near the thickness of my previous cover!! When I called them, they stated that we MUST have punctured the cover. I spent $3800 on the cover, NO I did not puncture the cover. Thet refused to honor the warranty and said they would patch it at MY cost and I have to bring the cover to them!! Well I contacted and logged a complaint with the attorney general who has assigned a remediator.. I too hope someone reads before ever purchasing through them. And the pool company I ordered it from of course has not called me back at all - Freedom Pools in Brick, **..

    My pool liner just got a hole in it, its One year old!! After having me send pictures they quickly said it wasnt covered ?? they said it was caused by bugs or rough ground under neath based on the pictures I sent. ?? without coming out to see it. I spent several thousand dollars on this pool cover. my last cover lasted more than 10 years.Their covers are not good quality, we could tell it was lower quality upon installation be never expected a hole after only one year. Its no where near as thick or strong as my last cover, and they have very poor attitudes with their customers. Horrible experience. Hope this helps someone else from wasting money on their products
