    Purchased a snake from these people on 10/01/23 at a reptile expo. The snake acted weird since bringing him home and had issues from the beginning. Regurgitated his food and refused to eat. Contacted the business and they gave us tips to get him to eat. Nothing worked. Now, 17 days after bringing him home we found him dead in his enclosure. We contacted the business who showed no sign of sympathy and offered to give us half of what we spent to put towards a new snake. They stated they have a policy of 7 days for the life of the animal from purchase. However, no mention of this at the expo, no signage at the expo displaying this information and stated nowhere in the digital receipt received for purchasing. We also would not feel safe or comfortable buying another reptile from them purely based on the way they handled the phone call. Not once was there even an apology. It was all them trying to say it was our fault and couldnt have been anything wrong otherwise. Meanwhile, we have two very healthy 3 year old ball pythons already and the enclosure was perfect. Clearly a health issue with the snake and this business owner should be ashamed at the way they handled this situation. We want the full refund or we will enter a chargeback with the credit card company. BBB should look further into the business ethics and health and well being of their animals.
