    Customwifispycameras.com does not return phone messages or emails. Purchased a mini spy camera 6/25/2023 and the camera does not record. Their phone menu loops to termination without communicating to the seller or sellers. Spy camera is small and black, purchased an extended battery pack but is white, hardly covert. An outlay of $114.00 to Custom wifi Spy cameras was tendered for defective product and no support or recompense. Listed principal ******************************* left text message "got it" to this situation with no further communication. Embarrassed consumer

    ************************** was spoken to on Friday afternoon around 5:00 PM est. He is having issues with the camera playback on his PC. He will be send a return label and issued a full refund for the products once we receive the products back.
