      The installation agreement (contract) associated with the complainant was held by the company ************ (PSG Energy). 02 BOO INC d/b/a 02 Energy worked closely with PSG Energy in late 2023 and early *************************************************************************************************************** the wake of PSG Energy's shutdown and bankruptcy. While there is no active installation agreement between this complainant and 02 Energy, the company would like to extend the opportunity to review the specifics needs of the complainant to see if there is something that can be done to help. We encourage this customer to communicate with our legal and compliance team and open a case for investigation into possible resolution by calling ************** (ext. 464).

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I want to touch base on our complaint.  We received a letter stating it was closed, but we had not received any asking us to respond prior to this letter.

      The message from Business is absolutely fraudulent.  I spoke to someone from Legal, they said they would resolve this.  The only thing they did, made our solar panels useless.  We have tried numerous times to speak to anyone with 02 Energy a d have not heard from anyone I. Almost a year.

      We were told that 02 Energy purchased PSG,and they were to complete all unfinished projects.  That is nothing but a lie.

      We have since found out that the owner of these companies, does this all the time.  No attorney wants to take on suing them since there is no money in it for them.

      Please reopen this case and update BBB with this info, to warn other consumers.

      O2 Energy bought the company PSG who installed my solar system last September. Then the solar system went down February 19 so I tried contacting them ever since but did not get any response at all.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent incident involving a solar panel installation service provided by O2/PSG. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response and failure to fulfill their obligations as agreed upon.On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, I entered into an agreement with O2/PSG to install solar panels at my residence. As part of the agreement, I paid a total of $18,880 through a loan processing arrangement. The agreement stipulated that the installation would be completed by the end of December 2023.However, since then, I have encountered numerous challenges in trying to communicate with O2/PSG. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and meeting invites, I have not received any response from them. The promised installation deadline of December 2023 has come and gone, yet there has been no progress or communication from the company.Furthermore, when attempting to contact the company responsible for processing the loan, I was informed that O2/PSG is unreachable. This lack of accountability and communication has left me in a precarious situation, as I now owe $18,880 to the loan processing company with no resolution in sight.I feel deceived and taken advantage of by O2/PSG's unprofessional conduct and failure to deliver on their promises. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that O2/PSG is held accountable for their actions.As they are knocking the door of every house in the area i'm not sure how big this scam is. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
