    I had a roof put on by the solar company as a part of our agreement on May 16, 2023. The roofers were drinking alcohol while on the job. I have videos and photos of all alcohol and the workers trying to remove the alcohol after we saw them. As a result of the workers being intoxicated they did a roofing job that was below standards and repairs had to be made by the company. The roofers did not properly drape the house and they damaged our siding, window, and fascia boards. I told the solar company about the drinking of the workers and asked to find different men to complete the job and they continued to use the workers that were drinking raising safety concerns. My solar panels are still not up and running. I have called the company many many times to address my concerns and try to have my concerns handled without seeking an attorney. They have put me through to a manger that says they will call me back with a resolution but they do not ever call me back. Now going on six months after the start of the project they are still not addressing these concerns.

    SSI is a solar company that knocked at my door one night about 1 year ago today. we signed up for a stress free home improvement and was very mistaken.months and month no contact at all nothing being done. finally work starts first a new roof. roofers show up in white vans no company name and and no one speaks english to talk to. the roof gets thrown on in a day looks great the owner supposed to come by the next day to talk to us never shows.the mess is cleaned up for the most part not very professional at all.. i look around all my gutters are now dented with ladder marks including a gutter that is less then a week oldno big deal BUT. after a few rain storms the roof is leaking. call SSI still cant get the name of the company just that they would be there to fix it on saturday once again doesnt showon and on months now still have a leaking roofsolar was installed and passed all inspections. now months later i still have a leaking roof and now i have a electric bill and a solar payment because SSI has not done anything to get this system going after getting hire *** numbers im informed my sales guy no longer works there and asking how i got the hire *** number not how he can help or make it right. i was gone a number or a place to call to setup my account and when i call them they straight up tell me i dont know why they keep telling people to call here its not what we do. this company is Extremely Unprofessional, a total horrible experience to date, my new roof Still leaks, im being double charged now for electric and solar and i have not contact with anyone from SSI at all no one calls back no one answers
