I purchased some medication for my cat with a rare disease through BlackCat Health and Wellness on Wednesday August 30,2023 and *************************, who is the owner and "resident scientist" promised me that my purchase of medication and supplies totally $400, would be sent with 2 day shipping. The medication not only was late, but i messaged him when my cat started to decline in health rapidly and he not only dismissed my concerns, but told me that my cat had another ***** days to live based on the blood work I sent him in order to qualify for the "charity program" called "HOPE" It was to give me a discount in medicine with the approval to document our progress using the meds. When i found out that *** wouldn't have our shipment in for a total of 7 days, I contacted ***** again with urgency to see what could be done. This is when he blocked all contact and refused to respond to my email, messages and comments on social media demanding answers. My cat died before the medicine got to our home. I am not only devastated by the loss of our cat... but also that I cannot return and get a refund. It is circumstances like this that warrant a refund! All attempts to communicate have been deleted and blocked. How can we stop this from happening to others? Because I know there has to be others out there like this! I might mention also, that the medicine he is selling is not *** approved and in clinical trials. My cats veterinarian mentioned this promising drug as a potential cure and BlackCat Health And Wellness was unfortunately the first company I saw selling the drug. I tried to do my homework on the company and messaged multiple people who went through this company to be sure it was legitimate... but they certainly were not ethical. This honestly feels criminal for the amount of distress I was in as a pet owner, desperate for a cure and ************************* of BlackCat Health and Wellness took advantage of that!
