    I purchased alternative lawn seeds and seed tac on March 30th. Product was estimated to ship in 7 days, but I received an automated message that due to delays it would take 10 days. I emailed the company about the status through their online form after 15 days, but received no response. I then asked about the status through Facebook on April 25th and a customer service rep asked me for the order number so they could check the status. I provided my order number and email, but they ghosted me. Order is still pending after 30 days, so I doubt they'll send it even though they already charged me for the product and shipping. They can't even be bothered to let me know when or if my order will be fulfilled.

    I placed an order (#*****) on April 8th. After a week, I received no shipping update and reached out. After a week I received an automated reply. I sent in another request to have my order cancelled because they indicated they had a backlog. I received no response. That was a week ago. With no timeline and no response I am worried this business will hold my money without product indefinitely.

    I ordered seeds from this company (see attached receipt). They said to allow for 7 days for shipping. It's been 14 days, and when I view the tracking, it says that my order has yet to ship. The seller has not responded to email, text or direct phone calls.

    I ordered seeds from this company on march 11th and was charged $175.90. I followed up via email on March 17th to ask when it would be shipped, again on March 21st. I called on the 23rd and left a voicemail. I left a ******** post and reached out via chat bot on the 24th. I have heard zero response to any of this from the company. They stole my money. I am doubtful they are a legitimate business.

    I chose this company based on shipping time; it's time sensitive; I need it right away. It states at the very top, "All orders ship within 48 hours."
    I ordered on 3/3/2025, and their tracking is third-party through Shop. On 3/7/25, I sent a direct message through the website asking when my order was going to ship, it was well past 48 hours.
    I got no response, and it still wasn't shipped. I emailed them on 3/8/25, saying that if my order didn't go out Monday morning, I wanted to cancel my order with a full refund. Crickets.
    I called them today, but no one was there to answer the phone.
    I asked about my order status on their chat, and this was the response,
    Order #**** is awaiting fulfillment. You can view your full order details here: **************************************************…. If you have additional questions about your order, feel free to message us.
    I no longer want to do business with a company that cannot provide me with the product I paid for and then can't be reached. I made three attempts to reach them and resolve.
