    Extremely horrible service prior to utilizing there service i noticed the the horrible reviews and decided to still give them a chance. We had needed a limo for my fathers *************** Upon arrival to my house the the driver was asked to move over slightly in my driveway that is 10k sqft and managed to runn over my 6ft **** then said i told him to run it over. When my family got in the vehicle the ** was not runnibg and the vehicle felt like it was sitting in the sun we attempted to run the ac but it did not work felt like vent air . Then the driver missed the funeral hone 2 times failed to open the door for my family then parked in the wrong entrance and made my family walk.Not only did the vehicle have no ac it had damage all over scratched from the front to the back, ripped seats, the led lights in the back we did not need but turned them on for the kids and they was weak and barely worked. The buttons to operate everything barley was intact.We rented there services for 2 days the ac did not work at all and the second day we was taken to the cemetery where the limo broke down and while we was grieving the death of our father the driver is standing under the hood attempting to fix the vehicle in the cemetery while over 200 people are watching the limo we hired is broke down. My family was so concerned the all of the people that came started offering my family a ride. The driver asked my family 10 minutes after was was ready for a extra 10 minutes we was accepting of the situation stuff happens but then 20 minutes goes by and then we was told they are "upgrading us to a luxury party bus and will be to us in 20 minutes. 35 minutes go by and they pull up in the bus the driver never got out the bus had trash all over the floor all types of mystery fluid was all over the seats floor and sealing. After waiting my family needed to use the bathroom thankfully the bus did have a bathroom . When my family went to use the bathrrom it had s*** all over the place
