    We used this company to move us from ********* ** to *******. They are horrible, shady, dishonest and will try to extort you once they show up and ask for thousands of more dollars. This was not the office but the three guys who showed up in their moving truck. We eventually had to be on the phone with the office. We also had to call the local police who showed up and did background checks on the three to make sure they we not illegals from ***************. I believe they have a pre planned scheme to low ball you a price and then keep asking for more. They delivered on two seperate dates instead of one. They tried to deliver someone elses household items-they obviously have poor organization and inventory control. They lost manyof our items...like a queen size mattress and boxspring, power tools, tables, one dining room chair which was over 100 years old plus others. They scratched and damaged furniture and didn't wrap them properly. Broken china and antiques. Their truck ran over our lawn sprinkler system and broke a head-but they didn't report it-I did but they said the driver did not report it even though he "apologized". They use a third party for claims who deny any claim they can. They are call CSI. I could go on and on. Please do not use this company. Save yourself many headaches. Also ask if your "moving company" subcontracts. We went with Menards Moving in ******* because they we in the state we were moving to. They subcontracted with Swift. Don't use Menards Moving in *******, son't use Swift in NJ and ask who they are insured with or handle the claims-don't use CSI. Please learn fron our bad experience. Good luck.
