      This company flagged my card as fraud. My credit card company said everything was good on their end. My charge was pending. Their bank flagged for fraud! They said they emailed me and left a message in my account. I couldnt find either. I was excited to try them and hopefully do long term business with them. They would not help me AT ALL. Said I would need to pay another way, emphasis on paying with paypal. What normal buisness asks this of a client? I guess I will be taking all my buisness elsewhere. Terrible customer service! ******************** please check into this company!

      Our process is to run all credit cards through a fraud software before processing. Our software flagged this card as high probability of fraud, so we offered the customer another way to pay , through *******. We are on a business transformation journey, but not all of our technology is the latest and greatest. We communicate with customers when there is an issue with potential fraud. We really do not have an alternate way to handle unless we assume all the risk for fraud. Therefore, what the customer was told was correct. At that point he could have cancelled the order or paid through Pay Pal. We are not as sophisticated as Amazon, though we are definitely making improvements wherever we can.

      If I could leave a zero star review I would. They accepted an order via their online store with an expected ship date, proceeded to miss the expected ship date. I got an email a week later that my order failed to meet the minimum number of rolls for a product despite no mention of a minimum order on their product page, and despite their system allowing me to place the order. I still haven't heard back and am extremely disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof. If you're trying to operate a business I could never, in good faith, recommend Buy101.com

      I joined the company in November 2023 so I was not here for this incident. We currently have a more robust ********************* with expeditors that work towards improving dates and letting my team know any information (like a minimum order). Our web page has also undergone a tremendous amount of work and improvements since August of 2023. If we do run into an issue like the customer had, we will certainly advise them in a timely manner and come to a suitable resolution.
