    They were requested to replace a Faucet and were instructed to replace the Faucet. They charged $600.00 to repair and replace the faucet, however, they never checked to see if the hot water would return to the faucet. Was instructed to wait for the hot water to return, and it never did. The faucet was cheap and not worth $600.00. Not for the time *********** took them half an hour to replace the faucet and reattach the water lines, as well as turn the water back on. They never checked for hot water. After being contacted again from me, they said in order for them to return and check for the hot water they needed to be compensated and paid again for returning. They should have checked to make sure the hot water returned, all that was needed was a faucet and the hot water worked prior to this issue.I do not want them to come back and fix the issue, I will be contacting another service provider to come down and fix the issue. And they already stated how much they'll charge for fixing the hot water.

    Regarding the hot water issue, we understand your frustration. However, it's important to note that our standard procedure is not to reopen or adjust valves that have been closed by the customer. In your case, the main valve was turned off by you, and our technicians were instructed to replace the faucet as requested. We are happy to address any concerns with the hot water flow, but opening or adjusting valves that have been closed by the customer falls outside the scope of our services unless it was a valve under the skin that we would typically open.
    It is true that we instructed you to wait for the hot water to return, but our team did not anticipate needing to adjust the main valve, as it was not part of the agreed-upon scope of work. As for the $600 charge, the cost includes labor, parts, and the expertise provided to ensure the faucet was replaced correctly.
    We sincerely regret that you feel dissatisfied with the outcome. We understand you've decided to contact another provider, and we respect that decision. Please know that if you would like to resolve the hot water issue with us, we would be happy to discuss any further steps or come to an arrangement.
