    Oct 11, 2024 purchased a book from World of Books in **. They claim they shipped it Oct 12 with Orange DS. As of Nov 14th package has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement. OrangeDS wont respond to inquiries.

    Completely scammed me and now wont respond to any of my emails regarding a lost package that i even paid insurance on from them.

    I have purchased an "Orange DS" shipping label for $87.95 through the website "easyship". OrangeDS alleged distribution center in ********** received my package on November 28th, 2023. After that, my package just disappeared and it seems there is no one I could reach out to from OrangeDS. There is no phone number I could call or anything of that sort. Even their website seems very fake!! I later realize that this company is an ************** operating in the US and not even American... I also discovered that they declared my package "Lost in transit" and they have ZERO inssurance or liability. Later, I have done some research on the company and discovered that all their ****** reviews are fake... because they delete all negative reviews and they have a package loss rate of at least 90% if not 100%... because they prefer to sell those pckage in Lost parcels Auctions rather than delivery them ... because that way they make more money!!!!
