    I received a voice mail from this company asking me to return the call. I did so. A very rude man answered and insisted I owed money to some medical group that I had never heard about. I tried to tell him they had the wrong person as I have an excellent credit rating and all my bills are paid. He then yelled at me to "never call this number again." I will block my phone against this number in the future.

    Rude, absolutely rude and insulting customer **********************. Rude management that wanted nothing to do with addressing the poor customer ********************** unless payment was had in full. She actually insulted me before hanging up one me. I had to call back to get anything figured out. Called to complain and the supervisor asked 3 times for the same response from me each time. It concluded that he wasn't going to do anything unless I had payment in full. I was tired of the rudeness and hung up. No need to be rude and insulting just because someone is poor.
