    I had stone tech out may 22 to install my countertops. The had cut 2 of the pieces incomplete. They were waiting on the big strong men to install the large piece and decided to install the smaller one. When they put the big piece in they broke the smaller one. They came back on May 30th to install and fix everything. I was told it would all be complete that day. This was the second day I waited for 2 hours and they work for over another 5 both days. It didn't happen. They had to chop out my wall to make the new piece fit and I went out side due to the dust and noise, they broke the arm off the big piece . When I came back in the new piece was in place. It was late so they didn't finish. Days after they left my friend noticed that they broke the arm of the big piece .I didn't see because I was outside away from the dust and noice. I have pictures to prove all of what I'm saying. So I spoke to the shop manager. He was not willing to do anything about the broken arm of the countertop. He said it's my sink that's the problem and if that was the case they new I was reusing the old sink. Because they didn't have one with an offset drain. If they couldn't do the job they should have said something during the sale or measuring process. He just wants to leave me with a broken arm,, slap in the missing small piece and the 2 missing backsplashes and call it done. At this point I requested he come get the rest of his countertops back and id like a refund. He said he would call me back tomorrow and that was 2 days ago. I have phones and emailed with no response. I have pictures and text and emails of the entire process. They have worked here for over 10 hours and it's still broken and incomplete. I don't want to be left with a brand new broken countertop. It shouldn't have to be left like they are leaving it. I would like a refund, they can take the countertops that are in out and refund my money so I can start over with a company that knows what they are doing.

    I spoke with our Client.  We concluded that her countertop would be remade as a result of what occurred.  Mrs. ******* is satisfied with getting a new counter which will be installed next week. We will follow up once installed is complete to satisfaction.
