I had an auto accident on 8/1/24. Today I finally pick up my car from the repair shop. My rental car coverage ended after 30 days. The insurance did not approve the repair for 30 days which delayed the repair shop ordering parts. The car was ready for pick up on 9/25 but the insurance had not issued the claims check. After I filed multiple compliant the adjuster finally sent a copy of the check so I could pick up my car.

1.16.23 spent $172.80 on Hot wheel Monster truck tix and pre show (additional ticket 2meet drivers.) tickets were today The pre-show party started at 10a til 11:15a. My family and I arrived at 9:45a Upon checking us in, they scanned our pre-show party ticket and show ticket (which was 12p-2pm). I did not bring my ear protection into the venue bc I asked a worker if the trucks will be revving their engines and he said no. I asked can I leave after the party and before the show to get my ear protection, he said yes. After we had a great time at the preshow party, we went towards the exit to leave. It was approximately 10:35am. The lady in the office asked me where I am going and I told her that I have an hour before the show. I needs my ear protection for my hearing loss/vestibular issues and my kids meds, my husbands special foods bc he is diabetic and has celiac disease. She told me I could not leave or I will be charged again. She got a manager who told me she would allow me to go get the meds/ear protection fast and hold me family hostage bc they werent allowed in again. I read the emails from the venue multiple times, and it did not say anything about not being able to leave the venue between the two events. I told her that and she pointed to a sign that said no reentry. I didnt plan to reenter. I had 2 diffrnt tickets with an hr in between. Who is she to tell me that I cant give my kids their meds in the privacy of our car. She was so rude and even said that I wont be allowed in and a cop will be there. I told her Im a paying customer and you cant hold me hostage to stay and buy lunch. She said we are a business. No where in the confirmation emails did it warn me of this horrible policy to hassle and degrade me (tried to make me feel like I cant read the signs in front of my family). The manager, *****, wasted 25 min. I begged her to allow us to reenter. She allowed me to reenter but it was a terrible struggle and caused me to have much anxiety.
