    I am writing to file a formal complaint against AB Warren LLC regarding their failure to complete the contracted work and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for renovating my garage and build front door ***** with concrete patio.On 07/29/2023, I entered into a contract with AB Warren LLC to renovate my garage into living space and building ***** on the front door. The contract stipulated that the project would be completed by few weeks. Unfortunately, despite multiple reminders and discussions regarding the timeline, the contractor has failed to fulfill his commitments.Specifically, the issues are as follows:leaving unfinished work in hazardous conditions.We are forced to leave in dusty areas with small kids.Did not start outside work despite taking all the money in advance.These delays have caused significant inconvenience and financial impact. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter directly with the contractor, they have not taken adequate steps to address the situation and complete the remaining work.I kindly request your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter. My preferred resolution is a refund the amount or completion of the work within one week and reimbursement for damages incurred due to delays.

    The Client was warned not to do Electrical Work as he attempted to hire a worker from our Company who was working under our company approved by the Township Inspector to do Electrical that was authorized on the blue print 

    The Client ***************** from ************ , hired the electrician and illegally installed over 30 light with every room adding new lines and electrical wiring and Dimmers to each room ,  The electrician made holes all throughout the house 

    The Client is in a Legal Violation 

    and did so on a time under our permit & License & insurance 

    also in the beginning the architect plans was switch four times that made this job stretch out for months before it even started
