    I took my cousin ************************* to Hackensack ******************* Dec. 22 2023. He was sick and needed tests. The hospital said they needed to take tests. They needed a emergency telephone number so I gave them my cell telephone number. Now they keep calling my telephone number to collect a bill. I called them back in January and told them to remove my telephone number as I am not the person they want to contact. I just took him to the hospital and gave them the telephone number as an emergency number. I gave them his telephone number and address to send the **************** today Feb. 7, 2023 I receive a call from Hackensack Meridian threatening to send me to collection when I don't owe them anything at all. I called them back and again **** of billing told me she would remove my telephone number and get in touch with *******. I want this to stop. I am not responsible for any bills due from him. I was just an emergency telephone number. Please help me get this issue resolved with them. I don't want to be associated with any collection issues ******* has with them. I will no longer give any emergency numbers to this hospital. The last thing I need is a collection agency threatening me when it does not concern me.

    On 8/26/22 my husband was admitted to ER. All medical exams were done and the Dr came and told us that she will release him. We were waiting for the nurse( her name is *****) to come and do the necessary steps . We waited long time as she was busy* meanwhile my husband needed to go to the bathroom urgently. So I went politely and asked her to help him and she said okay!* He still had the needle in his arm and had ********. The side rails for the bed was up and we couldn't put it down. Finally after approx 20 munities later* he had to crawled down from the end of the bed to go to the bathroom! which he could had injured himself . Another 20 munities passed by and she is still somewhere* never returned. finally she comes back and said let me see if the Dr wrote his release. She went and (I'm watching her) towards the nurse's station* but instead of talking to our Dr * she walked to another one and then swung by room in the nurse's station and disappeared for another 15 minutes. in her way back* passing by us but didn't stop! instead went to another patient.. We waited again before I finally decided to go to the nurse's satiation and asked another nurse to please check and see* what seems to be the issue? ( that was around 10:30 pm). That nurse was kind and told us immediately* that Dr already wrote his release!! she apologized and went ahead and did all the necessary steps and we were out in 10 munities . I noticed that she actually was as surprised as we are of *****'s behaviors !!I can't understand why we were ignored and treated with no respect.I honestly know foe a fact* that ***** internally ignored us!I would like your feed back please. Thanks
