    In March the Harmony ***** 3.0 - ********** King ***** #***] (March 3, 2023 from ********************* On April 4 2023 I text Taneil to canceled the order because I've never received a delivery date or the mattress. ****** never responded so I tried to cancel directly with Nature Therapy Zone website that was emailed to me. That was not successful. It stated it was not a valid email address. When Taneil call me be back on 4/5, I explained that the mattress is not delivered and to cancel the order. ****** stated that the order will be canceled. On May 5th Affirm email me stating that my account is past due. My first payment was due on 4/5/23. I explained that I've never received the mattress. They stated that the representative needs to return the advanced money for the purchase mattress. On 5/7 I reached out to ****** and asked him to return the money to ****** and again cancel the order. He assured me it will be canceled. I stopped receiving calls for payments from Affirm and assumed the matter was handled. Today, 10/18/23 I had my credit reviewed for a mortgage. Affrim has been reporting the account delinquent since April 2023. ***** has not canceled the order and has not returned the money to Affirm. My credit is being damaged due to this order for non payments. I haven't received the mattress and now ****** will not answer his phone.I have tried to file a complaint/duspute with Affirm but the link they send me doesn't go through. l'm trying to get Affirm to cancel out the order as I've not rcvd the mattresses.I don't know at this point who is responsible for not canceled this order with the credit bureaus. I need this item removed from my credit report as I don't own a product from Affirm. The mattress is $3000.00

    4/11/23 my husband and I placed 2 mattress orders with Taneil J***** of Nature Therapy Zone and was told we'd have the mattresses on the 4/15/23. We financed the mattresses and was told we'd have 30 days to try the mattresses before we'd be billed. The mattresses never came. I called Taneil a few times he finally responded 4/18 and said it's being processed and we'd have them by 4/22, the latest. Still nothing. I kept calling and on 4/24 I sent him a text. I got through to his Associate, Steve on 4/24 and said we'd have this all cleared up by 4/25 and Taneil will call be back. 4/25 Taneil called me back. He said the mattresses have been shipped and I'd have it in a few days. Again, nothing. I kept calling Taneil to no avail. 5/1 I sent him a text that my husband wants to cancel the order. He called me back and said mattresses were shipped and he'd call me right back with a tracking number. 5/3 I sent a text asking for tracking number, no respt. 5/5 I texted Taneil to cancel the order. No response. 5/8 I contacted Affirm, the financing company they said Taneil has to notify them to cancel the order so I texted Taneil to let h know what Affirm said. 5/9 I called Taneil from my job phone cause he would not answer my calls. He asked me for my email address and said he would send me an email if cancellation. 5/9 I texted him my email address. He text back and said he's getting the tracking number. 5/10 again I text Taneil and asked him to cancel. 5/11 I called back to financing company because Taneil still hasn't called me backwith any info. 5/15 I text Taneil and he blocked my number. I've been trying to file a complaint/duspute with Affirm but the link they send me doesn't go through. I'm trying to get Affirm to cancel out the order as we've not rcvd the mattresses.
