    My Mother-In-Law's heater stopped working recently , the first call was to *** as we had a service contract with them . They sent someone over about 2 days later and the serviceman told us the Furnace needed to be replaced and they only recommended 2 brands as replacements as the ******* brand we had was difficult to get parts for . He said it had rust issues and couldn't be fixed. As a matter of course I always get a second opinion when someone says something about $ 4000 to $ 8000 to replace something. My first call was to a friend who recommended **** Naia as someone you could trust with your life. **** came the next day , and after looking at the Furnace said i'm sorry I have to order a part in order to fix it ! My reply was "it's fixable ?" . He looked at me funny and said it's only a clogged line and a worn out pressure switch that I can get in a couple of days . 2 Days later **** had it fixed and the at the cost of only a few hundred Dollars . No B.S. of replacing the furnace , or thousands of dollars or weeks of waiting . Later that day , after the shock wore off we called and cancelled our service contract with *** .It's great to know that there are still people like **** out there , as honest as the day is long !
