    I ordered a product from them and it doesnt work, to have tried to reach them for a return address and they requested a video of me using the glute stimulator that would be really inappropriate to film and send to anyone much less a random email. I asked for the return polity and it doesnt state that is a requirement. *** asked via email 5 times now for refund and return instructions and they are no longer responding.

    I bought a smart watch from the company. Two weeks later it arrived. Days after the arrival am wishing to return the product but the company is refusing to allow the return because it was a close out item. I had previously explained to them that the watch is entirely too big. They sent a device that assists with removing links, when using this, the metal ***************. So I took the watch to a local jewelry store for them to remove some links. They informed me that the links are not able to be removed as it appears the link rods were glued after being set. This is a watch that I cannot wear as it goes to my elbow it is so big. I just want to return the product and get my money back so I can get a watch that fits.

    I'm a retiree on chemotherapy and needed a watch that I could afford. I was so excited when I saw the watch from elite fitness. I bought it on 1-31-23 & on 2-17-23 I was sent a notice it was delivered at the wrong address. Item # is *****. No phone # to call so have everyday asking for a response- but nothing. It's not right to take advantage of asenior. I want my watch. Please help me. Thank you

    I received the smart wristband on Saturday, November 19th 2022 which started the 30 day warranty process. I contacted them on Sunday November 20th 2022 stating I wanted to return it and get my $29.99 plus tax money back as it doesn't work. All I'm getting from them is the run around. This item does not work and won't sync with my phone. Order #*****.

    I would like to return the watch I bought from Elite Fitness essentials. It's junk! They have no phone and have emailed them several times and get no response! Guess I'm out of my $30

    I purchased a item off of there website that cost *****. They have not shipped it to me and it has been over 1 1/2. I have tried contacting them multiple times and they will not return any of my emails. They are taking money from people and not delivering on the product. They should be arrested for stealing.

    Elite Fitness Essentials has charged me ***** for 2 watches. I have called ,emailed, and went on chat with us several times. No response. I made my purchase 9/13/2022 and they have not even shipped my order. It was a gift and it is too late to get it to her. I have requested them to cancel my order and refund me, No response from them

    I purchased an Elite fitness watch which took 6 weeks to receive. I had emailed this company about the time of delivery but no answer. Finally received my fitness watch and the watch does not work. It also did not come with any charging USB cord so I am unable to charge this watch. It came with about 6 hours of power so could get it connected, although it disconnects every 5 minutes and doesn't work at all. I have emailed this company for their address and their refund instructions. I have not received any responses from them. I also looked up their phone # and that number was disconnected. I now have a fitness watch that does not work and unable to contact this company to return this defective product and receive a refund. What can I do???******************************* **********

    I purchased this 'smart watch' on August 18 for $30. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and when it did I discovered that it was an incredibly cheaply made product that didn't function properly. It came with no charger or cable or instructions. I had to go online to figure such things out. Eventually I got it charged, but it is an inferior product that I'm not at all pleased with. Their website says 30 days for free returns, but no one answers phone calls or emails or texts or chats and I'm not sure how to go about returning it. I'm afraid if I send this poor excuse for a watch back at my own expense, I'll be out the additional funds for postage and receive no refund.
