I use CleanNBright's laundry pick up and delivery service. On Saturday, November 30, 2024 I had a pick up and placed 4 sweaters in a separate laundry bag and with note in English and Spanish requesting that the sweaters not be placed in the dryer.

Upon delivery Sunday, December 1, 2024, I began to remove the clothes from the laundry bags and removed the wet sweaters. When I opened (as they were all folded) one of the sweaters from the bag, I noticed it had been placed in the dryer and the sweater had shrunk from a woman's large to a small girls size. I immediately called the laundromat and spoke to Herman (not sure if he is the manager or owner) I explained to him what happened and he asked me to send him a picture along with a receipt of purchase (as I told him I had just purchased the sweater a few weeks prior and it was my first time wearing it) and he stated I would get reimbursed for the sweater. He instructed me to text message it to this number ###-###-#### and I did. The text message included a picture of the condition of the sweater when I received it along with a screenshot of a receipt of purchase from ** ****. Unfortunately, Herman never responded. I did however get a confirmation that he had read the message. I followed up with Herman on Tuesday 12/3/24 with a text message requesting the status on the reimbursement and no response. I sent another text message yesterday 12/4/24, and no response.

For full disclosure I stopped using their service for almost a year because I had been having issues with their service. Most recently, I started to receive "come back" text messages and emails with discount offers so I decided to give their services another try. Unfortunately after using their service for a month, I was reminded as to why I stopped using their services to begin with.
