    PLEASE HELP ME!!!
    Waldin is a customer's worst nightmare, to intentionally rob you without a weapon...I will now have to pay someone else to do the correct job and lose my money for a disrepair...
    I paid by Waldin $275.00 on Friday; August 16, 2024, by way of ******** to install a car radio/backup camera in my 2008 Honda Accord.
    When I came back to pick-up my car everything was installed, but was not operating properly, but by then it was between 10:30 pm & 11pm, and there was no time for him to correct right then, I also learned that he had blown my cigarette lighter out in the car, which I use to charge my cell phone.
    I consistently reached out to Waldin for repair or a full refund, he said he would have to do some Research first and get back to me, but that I could bring the car back and he could quickly fix the lighter... I told him when he was ready to repair both I would bring the car back to him, and he agreed.
    Days of inconsistently answering and not answering my calls/text at all...he said let him try one more thing and if that did not work that I could return his radio/camera and he would refund me my money ($275.00).
    I told him that I did not think it was a good idea for him to try something else (particularly that he yet again was not sure about) because it may then cause and cost further repairs, he said that it was up to me, I chose the refund.
    He sent me a bogus screenshot of an ****** receipt and said that I would only be getting back $123.67 the receipt had absolutely no information on it whatsoever, and he is now saying that Labor is nonrefundable...??? The labor was never properly completed from the first day...I have requested a full detailed ****** receipt, and an Itemized Invoice showing the breakdown of him claiming to have spent six (6) hours installing the radio...??? I would like to return his radio and have him restore my Factory radio, my lighter, and refund me in full ($275.00), as he originally agreed via text.
