    Rating: (2.5/5)The management team is friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which I really appreciate. They have a large crew, giving them great flexibility with scheduling. The teams are usually on time, work quickly, and are trustworthy.However, the large crew model has its drawbacks. You're less likely to get the same cleaners each time, which leads to inconsistencies. Tasks are often done differently from visit to visit, and sometimes they ask what needs to be doneeven after years of serviceor worse, dont ask at all, leading to missed items unless you catch them before they leave (which they do ask you to do).Another concern: if something gets damaged or broken, the crew typically doesnt mention it. That said, management has been good about taking responsibility and making repairs when I report ********* pretty lenient as Im busy and cant always inspect everything, but ideally, after years of service, I shouldn't need to micromanage. The quality of cleaning tends to hover around a B- level. Corners may still have dust or grime, small bits of trash may be left behind, and areas under high furniture often go untouched. I'm told deeper cleaning costs significantly morealmost three times the standard rate.Overall, the service is very reliable but inconsistent. If you're able and willing to supervise every week, youll probably have a better experience. For me, its a 2 to 2.5 star experience.
