    WE HIRED MRH CONTRACTING TO INSTALL A DISHWASHER ON OCTOBER 18TH. SHORTLY AFTER HE LEFT, THE MACHINE FAILED TO DRAIN. THE ***** CODE ON THE DISHWASHER INDICATES AN INSTALL ISSUE. I CALLED **** AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD NEED TO RE-DO THE DRAIN. I TOLD HIM FINE. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME TO MY HOUSE A FEW DAYS LATER. ON THE APPOINTED TIME HE NEVER SHOWED UP. TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A JOB RUN OVER AND WOULD BE IN TOUCH TO RESCHEDULE. A FEW DAYS LATER WE RE-SCHEDULED AND ONCE AGAIN, HE WAS A NO SHOW. THIS TIME, NO CALL TEXT ETC. WHEN I FINALLY REACHED HIM, HE SAID HE HAD COVID AND WAS UNABLE TO WORK FOR A WEEK. I TOLD HIM TO CALL ME WHEN HE WAS READY. OVER A WEEK LATER I REACHED OUT AND HE SAID HE WAS WORKING AGAIN BUT ASKED FOR A FEW DAYS TO SCHEDULE AS HE WAS TRYING TO GET CAUGHT UP. REACHED OUT ON WEDNESDAY OF THIS WEEK AND WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY (SATURDAY 11/18 AT 12PM). ONCE AGAIN, NO SHOW, NO TEXT NO PHONE CALL. I NOW NEED TO HIRE A NEW PERSON AS I HAVE A DISHWASHER I CANT USE. SINCE I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THIS DISHWASHER THAT I PAID FOR HIM TO INSTALL AND THIS IS AN INSTALL ISSUE, I WANT A REFUND OF THE MONEY PAID TO HIM.
