Good afternoon, I was informed that I had to pay a $50 copay for my son’s basic eye exam. My son and I currently have ******** to which we’re not suppose to be charged a copay. I called ****** health care and informed them on how I was charged for a co pay, and ****** health care immediately called Provisoions eye center to verify. The administrative at the front desk Emily said that the $50 I was charged was for a refractive exam. To which to my knowledge, I was not properly informed or given a further explanation as to what that exam was. I called again today November 11th and once again Emily stated the same thing about being charged for a refractive exam. I requested to speak with the leadership at the location. Shortly after I received a call again and it was Emily. Emily then stated that I was charged for a rectunal exam. Once again I was not informed and still requested to speak with the management. I’m in immediate need of help to seek my refund because I was wrongly charged and not informed by the staff as to what the charged was going towards. This is discrimination and disgusting to the low income families to which who don’t have the money to pay towards their greedy business. The attached document shows on their receipt of the $50 being taken off of my card was for a “copay”. I’m also in the process of pulling up calls from ****** **********. Thank you. Look forward to hearing from you.
