      I bought a firearm that was used as a rental at RTSP union because staff members said that the guns were cleaned after every use and very well maintained did not end up being the case as when i went to shoot the firearm for the first time it malfunctioned. The magazine had fallen out of the firearm and the guide rod disconnected from the barrel of the gun. When i called the shop they said i could bring it in to have it looked at but the cost of fixing the firearm would have to be paid by me as all used firearms are sold as is but the employee who sold me the firearm did not disclose that the gun was not working correctly and i was lead to believe that i had purchased a fully functioning firearm i plan on keeping the firearm but i would like to be refunded as i now will have to get the gun fixed and i would prefer to go to a Glock specialized gun *****

Firstly, we would like to express our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the issues encountered with the purchased firearm.

      Upon investigation and a conversation with ******************, it has come to my attention that the handling of this matter did not align with our company's standard practices. I have addressed this internally and taken steps to ensure that all staff members are properly trained to handle similar situations in the future.

      Furthermore, I want to assure ****************** and the BBB that I take the quality and functionality of our products very seriously. As a certified Glock Armorer and one of the partners in the company, I personally reached out to ****************** to address his concerns with the firearm's operability. I offered to repair any issues with the firearm at no additional cost to the customer and will ensure that it is in optimal working condition.

      I appreciate ********************** willingness to bring the firearm to our store for inspection and repair. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

      It is important to note that at no point during our conversation did ****************** request a refund or replacement of the firearm. We are dedicated to resolving this matter to ********************** satisfaction and appreciate his understanding and cooperation.
