    I have been trying to establish accord with the office for four years. The problem is that I never get group emails. I do get their personal emails but not group emails which include outages, repairs, reports etc. If they tell me one more time to check my spam I'm going to spit spam. The team just won't listen to reason and keeps saying it's not their fault. I say it is their fault. They have never resolved a problem for me.

    Allure is the management company for English Village in Cranford **. They do not maintain the inside of the buildings and the safety of the elevator. When contacted they do not resolve the problem and they lie.
