    This business is a SCAM! They disguised used parts as new OEM parts. And when found out, they refused to refund and refused to honor their own promises to ship the unit back to customer.I bought an inducer motor in January 2025 from Ace Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Supplies, Inc website **************************. The website said it's a new OEM replacement part. When I opened the box, I found the inducer motor was loosely packed without any manual or instruction. Upon further visual inspection, the unit looked fairly used and quite aged, having wear and tear marks on its surface. So I requested a refund and sent the motor back to Ace Plumbing. Once they got the unit back, their sales manager ******** declared that the unit was installed/used and was not eligible for return. When I pressed him for evidence, he said that the wear and tear marks on the unit were proof that the unit was installed. None of the marks looked new and fresh; they were rather consistent with the characteristics of hard plastic that aged for years. It's beyond common sense and the laws of physics that it could age that much in a couple of days while in the box in my house.Then ******** said in multiple emails on April 1st, 2025 that he'd ship the motor back to me instead of issuing a refund. As of today (May 27th, 2025), I haven't received anything from them.

    Weidong,The control label on the inducer motor matches your invoice proving this is the part you ordered, received, installed and returned. As you can see in the attached images, the s**** holes show obvious signs of installation and there is sealing putty at the end of the exhaust hole. Based on the obvious signs of installation, the inducer motor is not in resalable condition. Again, the inducer motor will be shipped back to the address on your original order and you are not eligible for a return and/or refund. This is clearly stated within our warranty and return policy on our site.

    (1) Re. "the inducer motor will be shipped back to the address on your original order". When will this happen? Do you have a timeline to commit to? You said multiple times in email in early April that you'll ship the motor back. It never happened! What credibility do you have?(2) Given your lack of credibility, how believable is your story that the unit was an unused OEM part and was installed and therefore not eligible for refund? The motor I received was a used one already. You guys are selling used ones as new ones. That is SCAM.

    I purchased a tankless water heater from SuppliesDepot.com. I placed the order at **** on 01SEP23. Water tested hot so we were good to go. The next morning, I went to take a shower for work and there was no hot water. I went to check on the tank and that is when I saw the error codes. Friday morning, I called the tech support help number. That is when they told me I have a propane water heater. I explained to them that it was a natural gas water heater, according to the description off the website. I called customer service and they informed me I had ordered the wrong heater... that is when I explained to them that the description for the part does not mention propane but instead mentions natural gas. It was at that point that they understood they made a mistake and told me they would call me back. They said they would have it delivered and then pick-up the other one. This was satisfactory.Monday, after receiving notification that one would be shipped and the wrong one would be picked up, I received an email from the shipping manager stating I needed to send mine back before I get the new one. This was not what was discussed Friday and now we have gone three more days without the water heater being shipped.This mess up is not my mess up and there should be every chance done by this company to rectify the mistake. I don't want this heater... they can have it back. But they expect me to take time off from my work and bend over backwards to accommodate their mistake... I don't think so.I was purchasing a product that was listed as a natural gas water heater. The only reason I went with this company, is because the heater that died, was an older model... I wanted something easy to install that would be similar to what I had before.This has been the most unpleasant experience with any company in my life.

    *****,The water heater that was ordered and delivered was clearly advertised as a propane unit on our site and since the incorrect water heater was ordered, delivered and installed, it is not eligible for a return and/or refund. This is clearly stated within our warranty and return policy on our site.

    This is a third party site used by supplies depot.com. I was scammed for an overnight fee and given some c*** and bull story it would take 3-5 days "because it was now Thursday". I ordered the part early Wednesday morning. I called the Rheem distribution Center only to find I had now ordered from Ace Plumbing and Heating, and they had never heard of either company. After begging and pleading with Rheem distribution center because we had been with no A/C for 6 days, they let me pick it up directly from the plant. Thank God I only ******* minutes from them! They never just hand parts out and did me a huge favor! I warn everyone that this company was NOT helpful.

    This site is a third party sight I was just scammed 86 dollar overnight fee that they now say will take up to 3to 5 business days do not order from them make sure your are dealing with the company with the product this is another reason you can't trust shopping online

    Ordered a Tankless Water Heater Circulating Pump with Selenoid for a Navien through this company. The Part was defective on arrival; they absolutely refused to allow us to return the defective part and insisted that we contact the manufacturer for a refund. We told them how wrong it was of them to send ** a defective part and then refuse to reimburse ** for the part. This is a very shady business and very unAmerican; any reputable and honest company would refund our money and send ** another part that is not defective. We can believe how this company can continue to defraud people and it seems that we are not the only ones judging by the other reviews posted here. Stay away from this company.

    Terrible. I called to get a verification on the size for a duct and was given incorrect information.. When I emailed for help they told me "There is no record of your call"********************** here.

    I had a bad experience with this company. Ordered and paid for a 15 gallon water heater that was shown in stock. About 2 weeks later, the company notified me they canceled and refunded the purchase because the item was "damaged ". However I see the item is still available on the company website to put into "shopping cart ". Perhaps the company didn't want to honor the advertised free shipping on the order from their east coast facility to *****. I would not go to this company again.

    I ordered on a Sunday night a hot surface ignitor for my ******* furnace and paid extra to overnight the part. According to the manual specs I received and installed said part. My furnace was fixed, by unfortunately only for 4 days, finally after another day of frustration I called my furnace guy who came right over and ran some diagnostics and came to the conclusion that the hot surface ignitor I installed from supplies depot was defective. However because I'm not certified, they will not honor a return, they even took the extra 30 dollars for overnight when they shipped it ground. I will never use this company for any parts in the future. It pays to buy local, less likely to get screwed from out of state businesses.
