    I'm buying a car from Safeway Auto Sales in ******** NJ I had put $2000 down payment the car was only $4000 most of my receipts are on notebook paper I literally had to show them my receipts in order for them to have what I paid so far on my car after that the business was down for some time because apparently someone had supposed to had stolen over hundreds of thousands dollars then the name was suppose to change when they got back into business they wanted me to bring all my receipts in so she ( *******) can put them in the system I had a receipt on paper for $1270 she only put $270 dollars in for that receipt when I caught on to that I brought it to her attention so then she put $1000 in the ********** have a receipt telling me my payment isn't due til December ******* owing $1500 since then she's been texting me threatening me saying I'm headed for another repo so I started making payments in Oct./Nov. n when she printed me out my receipt it's saying I owe like $1900 how is that possible I believe fraud is happening n would like to have them investigated because I know I paid well over $4000 for this car n also while I was in the office (*******) was on the phone with a person who wanted to finance a ********* told the person that the dealership doesn't have its financing license once they do she'll call the person what dealerships text u constantly n or don't send out bills for u to pay ur payment I have not received any statements in the mail at all since I been dealing with them for 2 years or more

    Hello, *** reached out to safe way auto multiple times and received no correspondence. I was told I HAD to put down a down payment on a vehicle which was **** which I actually was NOT required to. I was lied to - when I first purchased my vehicle they told me I had another bank financing me and I took the vehicle home. Days later I received a call saying I was not approved by that bank and needed to bring the car back and sign a new deal ? At the time I was completely blindsided and I already had the car and didnt want them to take it back so I was coerced into signing a new deal. Im sure this is against the truth in lending I also was told that I would have gap insurance with the new deal which I recently just looked at my contract and I do not. I do feel as though my contract is fraud now and I tried to reach out and have had no luck to reconcile with them. I was completely blindsided by them and they took advantage of me. I have also heard other story just like mines with my peers and their contracts so now I believe I have reason to be concerned. I did have a prior issue with them and my tags but that was resolved.

    The owner has fired all previous employees. I only started in August. I have not received a call from this customer explaining any of this to me. I would love if the customer would come in with any paperwork he has so we can figure out what happened here and if he is owed a refund, I will get that refund to him right away. I'm a little confused, is the new bank deal a bad deal? Is it very different than the first deal? Please, can you bring in all the paperwork from both deals. I will look it over. I will compare it to the bank paperwork for you. If there is anything inappropriate we will contact the bank together and get this resolved right away. I am the Finance Manager, *******, and I can and will help you. Thank you and sorry you are dealing with this problem.

      Hello, I tried to call the office no such luck reaching *******, I am unable to come into office conflicting work hours and I also dont live in the area anymore. If you could give me a call at ************ or email me at *********************** that would be great. The original paperwork from the first deal the guy did take back if I have a copy I will search for it. I was told I HAD to put **** down To take the car also told I would have on star gap and insurance included did not. I have sent letters and emails to get in contact with you guys ! My first deal was with credit acceptance if Im not mistaken current deal is with United auto credit!

    I am rejecting this response because: I still have not heard from the business, failed to be able to reach mrs.*******. We will have to handle this matter another way. I would like my down payment returned back, you have all the information that was given. You know your staff were all fired before for fraud Im sure she knows this isnt far fetched. I have called numerous times I am not sure if my number is on the block list or what. I have sent letters and emails aswell. Im sure my contract should be on file BOTH of them and Im sure she knows ***** down payment is NOT mandatory and Im sure she knows switching contracts after the buyer was told they were already approved for something else is illegal. So how are you going to make this right via these communications.

    I bought a 2007 ***** Tahoe from Safeway Auto Sales and a few days later everyone that worked there disappeared. I been driving around with expired temporary tags and I been calling and can't a hold of anyone. I even have made a report with my local police department and they don't know what to do either. Also made a report with DMV. PLEASE HELP ME. I don't want to lose my truck or get in trouble for driving around with expired tags

    **** is correct we shut down for several weeks after having to fire all the staff for fraud. As soon as I started 2 weeks ago, I got his messages and spoke to him explaining what had happened and letting him know I'm going to figure out where his paperwork is and get this done for him. I also found out he didn't make his 1st payment on his loan. He explained to me he didn't know what to do and made his payment. He doesn't have his title and plates yet, but he will very shortly.
