On July 15 2023 I contacted Kenny to repair my golf cart. He picked it up and after 6 weeks of excuses I told him to return my golf cart to me. Several days later he notified me that while putting my cart on the truck he damaged the body so he would keep it over the winter to fix the body. I had no choice since he would fix the damage he caused. Throughout the winter he said everything was fine and I would have it by the summer. On April 11 he told me he had the part and " I'll have it by the time you open up" (my summer home). I text him on April 25 and he says "keep your finger crossed I can get together for the middle of next week". He sends me a picture of the golf cart disassembled. He keeps jerking me around and finally on May 15 I tell him to have the golf cart by Monday June 3 or I will be filing a complaint against you with the BBB, FTC, Consumer Affairs and the Consumer Protection Bureau. I have not heard from him since then. I believe what he has done is criminal and I will never see my golf cart again. In 11 months he has called me 2 times. I call him for weeks before he gets back to me and his texts are just BS. I really feel like he laughs at this and it's just a game to him. I have most of the texts. I am considering any legal action available or possible police action. Thank you for any help you can provide.
